The COVID pandemic is giving us a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We shouldn’t waste the opportunity in a mad rush to creating funky hybrid work locations and instal new technology platforms. We have an incredible opportunity to recalibrate work and workplace culture.

We’ve grown up with a leadership mythology that celebrates invincibility. In the current environment, when no-one has the answers, the greatest leadership trait is actually vulnerability. The self-awareness to say I don’t know everything and I don’t always get it right. Vulnerability may just be the most authentic leadership trait there is.
